Why You Still Don't Have Purpose Or Know What You Actually Want
(And why it's about more than finding direction)
This isn't just about getting clear on what you want—it's about trusting yourself enough to commit once you know. Most of what keeps you stuck isn't a lack of direction. It's not trusting your own judgment enough to choose.

Reserve Your SpotI hear some version of the same thing constantly. “I just need to find my purpose.” “I need more clarity on what I actually want.” I used to believe that too—that if I could just get clear enough, the rest would sort itself out.
But when we lack self-worth, we struggle to find purpose because most things lose meaning. Worth and meaning go hand in hand. It's hard to know when things matter when you don't think you matter.
Here's what I've actually seen, in years of sitting across from men working through this: some guys really don't have a clue what they want yet. But just as many already have a general sense of where they want to go—with their relationships, their work, the life they're building—and they're still stuck. That tells you clarity alone was never the whole problem. What's actually stopping both of them is quieter than that. They don't trust themselves enough to make the call and stick with it.
That's a different problem than the one you've probably been trying to solve. And it doesn't get fixed with another framework or another five-step plan for “finding your purpose.” It gets fixed by understanding why you don't trust your own judgment in the first place—and what actually starts to change that.
That's what this one's about.
To Your Success,
